  14. I am still very sad. I've upgraded my machine to Windows For Workgroups 3.11 
  15. (from WFW 3.1), double/triple/quintuple/UMPTEENBILLION checked that my dongle 
  16. is securely seated, and Lightwave STILL WON"T RUN ON MY MACHINE.

  18. I've got a Pentium (AMI Bios) with Diamond Stealth 64VRAM (2mb) video card 
  19. (1.13 driver), 24MB RAM, and lightwave won't work...

  21. Usually I get either error 212 when starting Modeler (indicating that the 
  22. dongle isn't there), or a GPF "Unhandled Exception Error Code "0XC000001D 
  23. Modeler.exe.6B728). One time out of 20 or so modeler will start then crash, 
  24. exiting with no message, error or otherwise. One time out of maybe 60 modeler 
  25. will start up and I can actually use it.

  27. Layout either gives me the error "Layout Initialization Failed!" (80%), 
  28. starts, then crashes with a GPF when I try to load a model or scene (18%),
  29. or (2%)  starts up and works fine until I quit.

  31. I've tried using the standard VGA video driver (just in case), but it hasn;t 
  32. made any difference.

  34. It works just fine on the stock compaq deskpro 5/66 at work, it's just really 
  35. slow, so I'd rather use it at home (90mhz). Anyone have any ideas, or similar 
  36. experiance? Anyone from Newtek listening? (just in case I can get help before 
  37. Monday...)
